Note: (except for the #7 seed in Division B and #8 seed in Division B Game will be preset).
Sunday Game times will be scheduled by the Tournament Chair approx. 60-90 minutes after the last round robin games on Saturday. The Tournament Website will be updated once the Sunday Schedule is set.
ALL OVERTIME GAMES (4 ON 4) Each team will use 4 players plus a goalie (4 on 4). Teams will not switch ends. If a penalty is called the teams will play 4 on 3. If a second penalty is called against the same team, the teams will play 5 on 3 and could play 5 on 5 or 5 on 4 if penalties expire during play. If this occurs, the teams will play 5 on 5 or 5 on 4 until the next whistle and then revert back to 4 on 4 or 4 on 3.
The Shoot-out will consist of each team sending out 3 shooters.
If still tied after 3 shooters, each team will send out 1 shooter at a time until a winner is determined. Players are to be sent to centre ice one at a time. Coaches do not need to name shooters ahead of time on the game sheet. Timekeeper will record Shooters # on the game sheet. Shots will be taken one at a time with the Visiting Team going first. No player can take a second shot until all players (excluding the goalies) have taken a shot (second shots do not have to follow the same order). If a team has 14 skaters and another team has 15 skaters, the team with 15 skaters must all shoot before starting over again. A player that is in the penalty box at the end of the Overtime period for any reason or has been ejected from the game cannot participate in the Shootout.
Each team will be allowed only one 30-second timeout in all games. It may be taken during regulation or the overtime period. There will be no extra timeout granted if the game has an overtime period.
